Madison (co-founder the FIELD wellness)

Lover of all things hosting - over the last decade Madison has worked in the hospitality industry, at restaurants where colleagues have become family, in yoga studios, and on sustainable farms out in the field. It is the light of these people and places that have inspired her commitment to self discovery & community. In these meditation sessions, together you will focus on coming back to a feeling of home in the gift of the present. Each session will feature Vipassana meditation techniques, simply noticing the breath, and Visualization meditation techniques, imagining peaceful, loving and calm imagery through thoughtfully guided prompts. Madison is honored to hold space as you begin or deepen your connection to your breath.
