Join us for our Second of the Summer, Farm to Table dinner!
This July 18th, Chef Alice Hill will nourish you with her exquisite menu to celebrate many of Revelstoke's Local farms. Using only the highest quality meats, cheeses & produce, Chef Alice’s menu will stay a surprise but you can expect a variety of perfection. Through her thoughtful dishes, your evening will be composed of savouring 10 seasonal small plates, sourced from First Light Farms, Wild Flight Farm, Terra Firma Farms, Madalea Growers, Mountain Man Goodness & Revelstoke Food Commons.
Each course will be served family style and will be intentionally paired with gorgeous natural British Columbia wines, or equally elegant non-alcoholic offerings. From Okanagan wines to Alpine herbs, each pairing, whether alcoholic or non-alcoholic, will complement the meal, and add to the magic of the mountains and the entire evening. At the FIELD wellness we love to host Wellness Experiences. Our Supper Club Series blends nourishment for the body and soul. With gentle gratitude rituals and wellness-inspired conversation we’ll embrace feminine energy and mountain wisdom through a dinner that honors life, love, the land and each other.
This event is for women only - we’ll share nourishing food around a communal table, encouraging connection and conversation in the presence of others.
***Due to the sharing nature of this dinner we will not be able to accommodate Vegan, Gluten Free, Dairy Free, Nut Free, Specific Allergies or Dietary Preferences. We will have a Vegetarian Menu - our beautiful vegetarians will be seated together for the evening to share specially curated courses***

Alice (Chef)
Meet the light of our life, professional Chef Alice Hill. Alice, originally from England, made the move to Revelstoke in 2023 and has over 7 years of experience in fine dining kitchens, up to and including a 2 Michelin-starred restaurant . She has catered for private clients in the French Alps during three winter seasons and has worked in luxury hotels, AA Rosette establishments and fine dining restaurants worldwide. Her culinary style is modern and seasonally focused, creating vibrant and delicious dishes that leave a lasting impression on her clients. She is so excited to bring Revelstoke's farm's to this table for you.
Madison (co-founder the FIELD wellness)
Lover of all things hosting - over the last decade Madison has worked in the hospitality industry, at restaurants where colleagues have become family, in yoga studios, and on sustainable farms out in the field. It is the light of these people and places that have inspired her commitment to self discovery & community. At the FIELD wellness, she co-hosts your dream wellness retreats around the world and we are honored to have you join us in Revelstoke, as we curate a night with nourishing food, conversation & joy.
Tammen Mokki
Located in the heart of the world's only inland temperate rainforest, on 11 acres of the East bank of the Columbia river is Musta Lato, the Black Barn. Musta Lato is an idyllic cedar pole barn, one of the original structures from the early years of Revelstoke. We are thrilled to be bringing you out to this gorgeous property on what we know will be a beautiful night.
